Hi…………..eh…….well……..not……normally…..an out going person with-out self opinions about anything, (I bet you don’t believe this for on minute: you could be right lol). Still, it is a strange to write this with only a limited idea of what the hell I’m writing about.
I can write short stories and I expect I will put some on here to be (hopefully) enjoyed by any who stray here on a rainy day.
I like to paint, but like my attempts at golf, is rather below par.
I like all things that go bump in the night, and I don’t just mean the head board. Ghostly goings on, UFOs, unexplained mysteries, & all things that come under the heading of ”Paranormal”
I live in Wales: in the valleys. Have had a varied life with a quite a few jobs under my, not so small, belt. Like to fish to get my exercise and sea air, don’t like boats, they don’t stay still and I always end up feeding the fish.
Just breaking for a cuppa…..
Mean while please feel free to contact me. I would love to hear from you.
Extra bit of information; found this on the internet.
A transposed surname which has several possible origins. Early published records suggest that the name is a derivation from the Norse-Viking ‘Hesli-Burg’ meaning ‘the dweller on the hill of the hazel trees’, or from the villages of Haselbury found in various parts of England. However, it is our view that the name may have Huguenot associations and that it derives from the German ‘Haselberg’, recorded Heraldically in Rietstap’s Armorial General, not being recorded in England before the 18th Century. The first recorded spelling of the family name is shown to be that of Wilihelm Haselberg. which was dated C.1680 The State of Prussia. during the reign of Emperor Leopold 1 1668 – 1705. Surnames became necessary when governments introduced personal taxation. In England this was known as Poll Tax. Throughout the centuries, surnames in every country have continued to “develop” often leading to astonishing variants of the original spelling.
